Prior to transitioning to Lexington\u2019s dedicated continuation vehicle team in 2024, Mr. Bloom spent 14 years on the secondary team focused on partnership and GP-led transactions.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexingtonpartners.com\/team-members\/cullen-schannep\/\"><strong>Cullen Schannep<\/strong><\/a>, a Menlo Park-based member of the Secondary team primarily focused on the origination, evaluation, and execution of secondary opportunities, including partnership and GP-led transactions. Mr. Schannep joined Lexington in 2009.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lexington also announced that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexingtonpartners.com\/team-members\/victor-wu\/\"><strong>Victor Wu<\/strong><\/a>, a New York-based Partner, will assume the role of Co-Chair of the Secondary Investment Committee alongside Wil Warren, Partner and President, and P\u00e5l Ristvedt, Partner. Mr. Wu, who joined the firm in 2001, focuses on executing both partnership and GP-led secondary opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJeff and Cullen have demonstrated exceptional dedication, leadership, and impact throughout their careers at Lexington, and their promotions are also a reflection of our emphasis on developing talent from within the firm.
