P\u00e5l Ristvedt is a Partner on the Secondary team and Co-Chair of the Secondary Investment Committee. He is also a member of Lexington\u2019s ESG Steering Committee. P\u00e5l is responsible for the management of Lexington\u2019s London office covering the EMEA region and sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating secondary opportunities including partnership and GP-led transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
P\u00e5l joined Lexington as a vice president in 2001, prior to which he was the CFO of an internet venture in the construction industry. Prior to that, he worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. P\u00e5l graduated from the University of California (Berkeley) with a BS in Business Administration and from INSEAD, France with an MBA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
